APIT GALICIA is a professional association founded in 1977 that brings together more than 150 Galician tour guides officially authorised by the Xunta de Galicia to explain the region’s cultural heritage sites. Our members provide all types of cultural, themed, theatrical visits, etc. in languages as varied as Japanese, German, Dutch, French, English, Italian, etc. We are founding members of CEFAPIT (Spanish Confederation of APIT Federations and Associations) and an active member of the FDG (European Federation of Tourist Guide Associations). The professionalism, continuous training and know-how of our members best summarise our more than 40 years of history.
